IMPORTANT UPDATE:
In what we feel is in the best interest of keeping everyone healthy and safe, at this time we have made the solemn decision to close the salon for 14 days as we monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation.   We have not had any staff or clients who have been diagnosed or suspected of having exposure to the virus, and we want to ensure we are doing our part to keep it that way.  Please know that we did not make this decision lightly, but obviously some of the primary measures we all need to be taking as a community right now, such as social distancing, are nearly impossible in a salon.  We are not rescheduling at this time while we figure out some logistics, but we will be reaching out to everyone affected to do so as soon as we can!

POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS:
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend pre-booking. Please arrive early for your appointment if possible. While we try to accommodate late clients, please keep in mind your appointment cannot be guaranteed if you are running more than 15 minutes behind. We require a credit card to hold an appointment so we can uphold our no-show & cancellation/ reschedule policy.

 

CHILDREN'S POLICY:
Station 8 aims to offer its clients a relaxing, complete salon experience. When you book an appointment for a haircut, the service provided includes a shampoo/conditioning, scalp massage, haircut, blowdry and style. The price of a haircut is the same for all clients: from $50-95 depending on the stylist. Please book an appointment for your child age 10 and above if this complete service is what you are looking for.


Children under 10 are strongly encouraged not to visit the salon.

 

Whether receiving a service or accompanying an adult, all children must possess the maturity to follow the instruction of the stylist and salon management to ensure their safety, and the safety of other clients and staff.

CANCELLATIONS:

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. We require a credit card to hold the appointment. In the event that you have to reschedule or cancel and are unable to notify us 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your appointment. Cancellations must be done by speaking with the front desk or leaving a voicemail. Please, no cancellations via email.
