Booking is by phone or in person only.

Walk-in appointments are welcome, but we recommend pre-booking.

Whenever possible, please arrive early for your appointment.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late,

please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

While we will make every effort to accommodate late clients,

your appointment cannot be guaranteed. 

cancellations

24 hours notice is required for cancellations. 

Since all appointments are reserved for you,

 we ask that you guarantee all first time color, creative color, chemical hair treatments,

and facial appointments with a 50% deposit of the total cost of service.

All deposits will be applied to service total on the day of your reserved appointment.

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

In the event that you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment,

we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance.

If we do not receive this notification,

you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled appointment or forfeit the deposit amount.

children

station8salon aims to offer its clients a relaxing and peaceful environment, which is not suitable for small children.

For this reason, children 10 years and under are discouraged from visiting the salon.  

cell phones

station8salon is a cell phone free environment. Please silence your phone during your visit. 

pets

Unfortunately, the state board prohibits pets from hanging out with us at the salon.
